🐾 Ethical Rescue Means Doing the Right Thing 🐾
At EGPAC, we believe that saving lives and respecting the law must always go hand in hand.
Sadly, I have witnessed firsthand that not every rescue is handled the right way. Through my own experience, I have seen how situations can arise where a dog's legal identity and rightful ownership are not respected. That experience reinforced my belief that ethical rescue must always come before personal opinions or emotions.
No matter how emotional a situation may be, rescuers should never take actions that hide a dog's identity or prevent a lawful reunion.
Rescue is about protecting animals—not about deciding who deserves to keep them outside the legal process.
Our Principles
- Ethical rescue
- Transparency
- Respect for the law
- Responsible cooperation between shelters, rescue organisations, and authorities
The welfare of dogs depends on trust. That trust is built through honesty, accountability, and integrity.
I have seen with my own eyes why these principles matter. That is exactly why EGPAC will always support legal, ethical, and responsible rescue. Every dog deserves protection, and every case deserves to be handled with honesty and respect.
