About EgPac: together for the Galgo and Podenco

Why do we do what we do
EGPAC (European Galgo Protection and Adoption Community) is a Belgian volunteer initiative. We support Spanish shelters, raise awareness about animal welfare, and help abused and abandoned dogs find a loving home. Through fundraising, advocacy, and international cooperation, we provide practical support to shelters and rescue projects dedicated to animals in need.
The driving force behind EgPac
Our driving force is the unwavering conviction that every hunting dog in Spain deserves protection. We will not stop until this becomes a reality. With a team of passionate volunteers, we dedicate ourselves daily to achieving this goal.
Our big dream
Our greatest dream is for hunting dogs in Spain to receive the same protection as companion dogs, and to no longer be treated as mere tools. We strive for a future in which every Galgo and Podenco can lead a dignified and loving life.
